BJJ KIDS CLASS
Kids are the future of jiu jitsu. But kids are also the future. Period. Our goal is simple, it is to help parents raise over-achievers. Kids who don’t bully and don’t get bullied. Kids who learn through fun activities the translation of work (practice) into success. The objective for the kid’s class is fun. Our instructors have plenty of games, coordination drills and grappling basics to keep the kids focused, engaged and happy.
BJJ FUNDAMENTALS CLASS
The Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on the core techniques that every jiu jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will be able to improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and receive an introduction to more advanced jiu jitsu techniques. All students – from white belt to black belt – are encouraged to participate in this program.
BJJ EXPERT CLASS
The Advanced Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced jiu jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern jiu jitsu practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during a match. Participation in this class is restricted to blue belts and above.
BJJ NOGI CLASS
The No-Gi Program is offered in both fundamental and advanced classes. Students will have the opportunity to learn the same modern jiu jitsu being taught in gi classes, but learn how to adapt them to no-gi situations. Students must wear the no-gi uniform.
All belt levels are welcome!
BJJ OPEN MAT
Our open mat training is designed to allow students to work on specific trouble areas and practice newly learned techniques in a non-instructed format. The class is open to all members of any belt rank or age. This class allows members the opportunity to spar, drill, or analyze techniques and improve their Jiu-Jitsu Game.
Visitors are very welcome anytime at our academy!
